Emmy has done extensive research on retaining employee in BPO (Call Centre) Industry. She started her professional career in Human Resource in the year 2005 with one of the IT Company in India (Gurgaon) in travel domain( and then moved on to HR Department as Sr.Officer in one of the Multi-National and Multi-Cultural company in India (Noida). Emmy, to her credit has handled strength of 2000 employees. Emmy believes in sharing knowledge and experiences.
